Key challenge (1–2 sentences) (Required) What problem was the client trying to solve, or what made this project tricky? Think about what
made this project unique or worth talking about.
Example: “The kitchen was operating out of an undersized space with outdated equipment, creating bottlenecks during peak service. The client needed a full reconfiguration without closing for an extended period.”
Rep role (Required) Describe your involvement in the project. Were you the lead designer, project manager, on-site consultant? A sentence or two is plenty.
3-4 bullet highlights (Required) These become the “at a glance” takeaways in the case study. Think about what are the 3–4
things someone should remember after reading this. Short, punchy phrases work best. Example: “Reduced ticket times by 20%” / “Full renovation completed in 6 weeks”
Operational improvements Things like reduced maintenance, easier cleaning, energy savings — anything that made the client’s life easier behind the scenes.
Measurable results Numbers are gold here. If you have stats include them (faster service times, increased covers, cost savings). Estimates are fine if exact figures aren’t available.
Testimonial A quote from the client is always a great addition. If you have one, paste it here along with their
name and job title. If you don’t have an exact quote, jot down the general sentiment and we can
help craft something for their approval.
