I know I am truly at my best when I am focused and busy… when COVID-19 started to unfold, I poured myself into helping Craeve’s restaurant clients react and manage immediate closures and layoffs. It was the start to what we all know now as a series of heartbreaking and tough decisions by many businesses – hospitality or not. During this time, I also reached out to a local publication to check on them personally and to see how I might be able to help. And so this article was born, “An Entrepreneur’s Survival Guide For When Things Slow Down…”  I shared it with clients two weeks ago.
